Properties On Snoop

How does Snoop select properties?

We select all the properties we display based on their merits. We do not receive any payment from sellers for listing their property or any commission on the sale of properties.

Can I list my property on Snoop?

If you’re selling a property that you think would suit Snoop, we’d love to hear from you. Just send us an email with the details and a link to the property listing.

We do need to be able to link through to the original listing, where potential buyers can contact you or the agent directly for further information. We’ll take a look and, if we think it fits our brief, we’ll let you know and feature it on Snoop.

Do you check the properties you feature?

We feature properties based on the information provided by the estate agent or seller. We don’t carry out legal, structural or other independent checks, so the information hasn’t been verified by Snoop.

If you’re interested in a property, please contact the agent directly and do your own due diligence before making an offer or committing to a purchase. We always recommend getting independent legal and professional advice.
